Sirichai Sirisatkun or call me xiri means luck. I am a yoga instructor transplanted from Thailand to New York City. I left behind a sun-filled beach-style living for the unfolding journey of life and love in NYC, but I never left my true self and the wisdom the elements that Mother Nature and the beautiful southern Thai coastline of Hua-Hin taught me.
I began practicing Yoga in 2003 with a Yoga Guru in Sarawak Kuching, Malaysia. Since then, I have studied Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram, Yin, Vinyasa and Flow. With over 10 years of teaching experience I have gained a deep understanding of Yoga, Anatomy, Thai Massage, Tai-Chi, Reiki and Samadhi Meditation, all of which I incorporate into my signature holistic and authentic method, Issara Yoga.

Issara in the Thai language describes the lotus blossom arising from the water and moving towards the sunlight. It symbolizes the freedom and purity of the body, mind, and spirit to bring happiness into one’s life.
Issara Yoga is built on self-awareness and, like the lotus, encourages openness in life and an embrace of light.
